Friendly, efficient service. Wonderful fresh meals. Rice prawn paper rolls, Fillet Beef Stir Fry both great. Chicken & vegetable stir fry good. The ginger icecream, with glazed ginger pieces....delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, thank you.
Very delicious food. Perfect amount of sauce with the rice paper rolls, and the meat in the stir fry is very tender. Friendly staff, calm atmosphere. Great place!
Food was perfectly presented and the phó soup was full of rich flavour with perfectly cooked rare beef and complimentary sides. Prawn spring rolls and banh xeo were tasty and salad was fresh and authentic. Vietnamese coffee was strong and flavoursome. Excellent staff service, better than most Vietnamese restaurants! 👏
Close to all shops and amenities.
Food quality and service is better than 90% of Vietnamese restaurants in Sydney hands down. Would definitely come back with friends and family!
Very simple and yet good food. Ambience and service is nice. Definitely worth having lunch here again.
We recently ordered takeaway food from here and found the dishes were quite small for the price. There was very little flavour with all of the dishes and the noodle dish was literally like a eating a bowl of warmed plain rice noodles.
The food is excellent. Very fresh, beautifully presented and full of flavour. We were a group of 6 (3 couples) and very much enjoyed it.
Our waitress on the night was the only dampener. We felt as if we had done something wrong, she seemed not very happy with us and our order. We could not work it out.
Was recommended to try as I was told it was one of the better restaurants in the area.
Ordered the Hanoi spring rolls and Vietnamese pancake.
Spring rolls were pretty bland by itself, and I was a little disappointed to see the prawns appear to be minced in. I suggest using the basil/mint and lettuce wrap it. Almost makes it worth the $15 price tag.
The pancake was interesting. I've never had them before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The actual shell was delicious. I felt like I could eat a whole meal of it. Upon much closer inspection I was reminded that it actually came with chicken and prawns. I had no idea what to do with the greenery it came with. So I ended up just lettucing wrapping the whole joint. It didn't add much to the experience, other than realising my need to practice aiming food to my mouth.
Overall it was a decent experience for an asian restaurant in a tourist town. Price point and service reflecting that. Would likely try some of the other offerings down the road.
I got takeaway from here and ordered 2 dishes. I got the stir fried beef fillet with lemongrass and chili. There was no taste of chilli or lemongrass in this at all. It was very bland. I certainly wouldn't order that again. On the other hand, the green papaya salad with chicken and prawns had a beautiful flavour. I would recommend that. They added in a complimentary crisp flat bread that I had never tried before which was interesting.
